Andrew Wallace is a highly accomplished finance and systems leader with over 23 years of experience in the residential construction industry. He holds a Bachelor of Business with a major in Accounting and has been a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) since 2016.

Throughout his career, Andrew has excelled in management accounting, financial planning, and business systems integration. He has successfully overseen complex financial operations, implemented ERP and finance systems, and driven process improvements that optimise performance across projects and teams. Known for his analytical precision and forward-thinking approach, he ensures every build meets both financial and operational objectives without compromising quality.

Andrew’s leadership spans large-scale project oversight, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous system enhancement, enabling teams to deliver luxury homes efficiently and to the highest standard. With a passion for contemporary resort–style homes, he hopes to one day experience the beauty of the South Pacific, including Bora Bora.
